We kindly ask for advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Individual Appointments: 

• 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
   

Group Cancellations

• Groups of 2–3 guests: 72 hours’ notice is required to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.
   
• Groups of 4–6+ guests: 7 days’ notice is required to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.
   

Please note: We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy depending on the nature of your booking. Longer or custom bookings may be subject to different terms.

• All prices, services, and policies are subject to change without notice.
   
• Appointments over 2 hours in length require a valid credit card number to hold the reservation.
   
• If you are under medical care or have any health conditions, please consult your physician prior to receiving services.
   
• If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full length of your scheduled services. Your promptness is appreciated.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

• Gift cards purchased as part of a promotion, special offer, package or for a specific service are valid at full promotional value for one (1) year from the purchase date. After that, the card retains the original purchase value as a monetary credit applicable to regular-priced services.
   
• Discounted gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
   
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
   
• We no longer accept WaySpa gift cards.

At Sunshrine, your health and safety are our top priority. We follow strict sterilization and sanitation practices using hospital-grade disinfectants and single-use tools wherever appropriate. Non-sanitizable items are either disposed of or gifted to the client after use. Please feel free to ask our staff about our sanitation protocols—this is something we are deeply proud of.

We want you to love your experience and purchases at Sunshrine. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Retail Products: Regular-priced retail items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Please note all Eminence Organic Skin Care purchases are FINAL SALE.
   
• Services: We do not offer refunds for services. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, we welcome the opportunity to address your concerns. Service adjustments may be offered at our discretion. All service refinements are considered on a case-by-case basis and only when deemed reasonable and appropriate by management. We are committed to ensuring you leave feeling your best.

• You may not misuse our website, including using it for fraudulent purposes or to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
   
• We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.
   
• All content (text, images, design) on this site is the intellectual property of Sunshrine Day Spa & Salon and may not be copied or used without permission.

Sunshrine Day Spa & Salon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services or products. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to communicate any health or wellness concerns prior to treatment.
