  • Points may be saved or redeemed at any time, as long as you have enough to unlock your chosen reward.
     
  • Points expire 12 months from the date they’re earned.
     
  • Rewards must be redeemed at the time of booking and must be paired with a paid service.
     
  • Points cannot be added retroactively—they must be earned at the time of purchase.
     
  • Points begin accumulating once your TreatCard account is activated. Please speak with our front desk team to get started.
     
  • Treats change seasonally and are available while supplies last.
     
  • If a seasonal reward is unavailable, it may be substituted for a similar item of equal value.
     
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Rewards can only be redeemed once per season. If you’ve already claimed a seasonal treat, hang tight—new rewards launch every season!
     
  • Points must be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
     
  • Rewards are designed to help you discover something new—so they’re reserved for services or products you haven’t tried before.


  • Gift card purchases and medical injection services (such as Botox and fillers) are not eligible for points accumulation.
