CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation are subject to a missed appointment fee of 50% of the value of your scheduled services
Group Cancellations:
2-3 guests: 72 hours notice to avoid 50% cancellation fee
4-6+ guests: 7 days notice to avoid 50% cancellation fee
*We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy as per the details of your reservation.

We pride ourselves on servicing you in a timely professional manner. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate you for all or some of your scheduled services. Your promptness will be greatly appreciated
Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased at a discounted rate, as part of a promotional offer, specialty package, or designated for a specific service are valid at full promotional value for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will retain its original purchase amount as a monetary credit, which may be applied toward regularly priced services. Discounted gift cards cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. Please note that we no longer accept WaySpa gift cards.
Sterilization: At Sunshrine Day Spa & Salon we pride ourselves on having the highest standards of sterilization and sanitation. It is very important to us that our clients are able to relax and enjoy their experience, therefore we make sure that all of our equipment and instruments are thoroughly cleaned using hospital grade sanitization and sterilization practices. Any item that cannot be thoroughly cleaned is discarded or given to the client for personal use. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members about our sterilization methods as we are very passionate about this matter
