Your First Visit

On your first visit you will be asked to complete a confidential health form. This will assist me in creating an assessment and treatment unique to your needs. Swedish massage, hydrotherapy (ice, heat, etc.) and exercise recommendations may be used to rehabilitate injured tissue, maintain tissue health, or prevent injury. You may be required to undress for therapy, but you are always fully draped (covered with sheet) except for the area currently being treated. It is possible to work over clothing, but this will limit the type of treatment received. However, throughout the assessment and treatment, your comfort level is of optimum importance.

The stone massage is a gentle, soothing massage performed with smooth Basalt stones that are heated and incorporated into a deeply relaxing massage. The application of the stones and aromatic oils will help to melt away tension, calm tired muscles and provide a deep sense of relaxation throughout your body. Allow for 1 hour.

Pregnancy and Infant Massage also available.

Through the skillful application pressure to specific points in the feet, reflexology can create physical changes that can bring about balance, ease and healing. Allow 45 minutes.

This warm, soothing cocoon combines nature's richest red seaweed and Arizona desert mud. Every inch of skin is soothed and relaxed as nourishing minerals gently seep in, leaving your skin hydrated, nourished and toned while warm heat encourages aches, pain fatigue and stress to flow freely out of the body. This treatment delivers anti-stress benefits and a healthy, vibrant glow. Allow 90 minutes.

A blend of marine salts and essential oils is gently massaged over the body using light massage motions. It aids in the removal of dull surface skin cells. Circulation is improved and skin is smoother, softer and healthier. Great as a before sun treatment. Allow 45 minutes.

A rejuvenating treasure from the depths of the French Sea.....Seaweed has long been recognized for its exceptional benefits. Rich in minerals, vitamins, and enzymes, with a light scent of sandalwood, this treatment is detoxifying, firming, relaxing and aids in the reduction of cellulite. Allow for 90 minutes.

A deeply aromatic treatment with pure essential oils of lavender and petit grain is applied to the body. You are then wrapped in an aromatic linen blanket to distress the mind, body and spirit. While comfortably wrapped, a gentle relaxing face and scalp massage is performed. A superb anti-stress treatment. Allow for 75 minutes.
